Loved the story about your pilgrimage to St.Eustacchio. Got to echo your statement about the place. The coffee was not very good, but it was cool to have been there. Did you btw stop by Caffe D'Oro too? It's got an even stronger reputation that St. Eustacchio, but sad to say it was pretty disappointing too. Ok espresso, but nothing more. And another thing: I think it is pretty clever that they separate the cashier and the barista in italy. A barista shouldn't really be touching money. Not very hygienic.
