Easily my favorite Coffeegeek personality of all time. I'm with you Nick -- I love pstam. Can't wait to meet him and visit him in China.
Man love is a wonderful thing, pleased you have chosen to come out instead of being forced out nick ;)
Great thread, howling with laughter. :)
how much would it cost to sponsor a trip for Peter to attend PF2007?
I would contribute at least $10. It would be worthwhile for all of the American 'pros' to get a chance to experience the taste of espresso and other coffee drinks
I'll throw down $10.
I think Peter said it best:
"Nothing can trust the mass."
I'd throw down $100 hard earned Elysian bucks on the condition that Nick boarded him at his house and that we could sponsor the "Meet pstam 2 hour pf.net podcast." You guys could call everyone he riled up live on the air and have pstam tell them their espresso is "lacking of the great taste".
Or get him to call Illy Italy live on the air and give them hell for bad espresso and Marco Polo.
that entire thread was hilarious
Your posts were particularly eloquent in response might I add :-)
can we have a link here, you don't go to coffeegeek for a week and suddenly you have no idea what is going on
Yo--click on his pic--there's your link.
PSTAM: Espresso Grounds of Italy Make Benefit Glorious Coffeehouses of China.... If Sasha Baron Cohen ever wants to do an asian character, this would be it!
I think this sums it up for me completely:
